At $5000 this bike would be the cheapest on Kijiji or FB Marketplace that isn't in Quebec, but I'm going $500 less than that because it will need a rear tire to pass safety.
Bike is in very, very good condition. Has ~14000 km on it, mostly country highway. Never been dropped. I've not had a single problem with it.
Great bike for any rider, but especially for a new or smaller rider.
