From what I've been told, it CSBK trim the EX400s are pretty choked back.

All bikes could be unrestricted for the Bickle Invitational. It was a supersport race. Tires were unrestricted as well.

Choked back 4 hp from the winning 400.

But the invitational was full of unrestricted bikes. Even CSBK compliant bikes flipped to unrestricted status to run the Invitational class.
