Wednesday morning crash occurred at Jane Street-MacIntosh Boulevard area; road re-opened just before 11 a.m.
Jane Street, south of Langstaff, has re-opened after being closed for nearly three hours Wednesday morning following a two-vehicle collision that sent a motorcycle rider to hospital with serious injuries.
Police were called to a collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle in the Jane Street and MacIntosh Boulevard area shortly after 8 a.m., according to York Regional Police spokesperson Const. Laura Nicolle.
All lanes of Jane Street were closed at the intersection to clean up debris and allow police to investigate the cause of the crash.
York Regional Police announced on Twitter just before 11 a.m. that the intersection had been re-opened.
