NEW ! This year an arrangement has been made with the hotel that with your reservation they will be providing a shuttle bus to and from the banquet hall. No need to drive at all. Simply check in take the shuttle to the hall. When you are done climb aboard the shuttle back to the hotel.
When you register please do so under SOAR and you will be given the group rate and shuttle information.
