2012 Honda CBR 125 - Bike is chugging sometimes. and drops gears.

Okay, so this is my second road bike and it's at 1500km. I need to do the first oil change still (I've been lazy). When I have it going full throttle it goes chug chug chug.. best way to describe it. It has also been dropping from 2nd into N or won't go from 1st to 2nd but 1st to N. I realize realize oil probably sat all winter in the showroom and I rode it 1500km in a week, that why I didn't change oil at 1000km or clean the strainer (no oil filter on these bikes).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem. You could check your air filter, even try putting some seafoam through your system and see if it helps clear it up.
 
how old is the gas and plug? is the petcock in the right position?
 
What is causing the gears to be all messed... Im assuming the oil is the chugging problem. Old from sitting around.
 
The bike is under warranty. Take it in to the dealer and tell them to fix it.
