Some will say... "same old same old".
But I was glad to attend the show for several reasons - my wife got to ride a scooter at the Yamaha Scooter School (throttle governed, front brake disconnected), I got to throw a leg over the 2012 models without any pressure to buy, we were able to put faces to some of the names on this forum and purchased our GTAM tee shirts.
Here are some of the bikes that caught my eye....
ZERO - an electric bike weighing about 300 pounds, a claimed range of about 200km per charge (downhill, one person, wind at your back), 6 -8 hours to recharge. The salesman said it would be a great commuter and can be charged at any 120 volt plug.
