Great little motorcycle around town, lots of torque and leaving cars behind is quite easy (and fun!)
Sips fuel, 3.2-3.5L/100km depending on how wrist happy you are, and insurance is very very reasonable.
Was my daily commuter since I purchased it "new". Purchased from Powersports Canada in 2012, it had 250 kms on the clock. Currently sits at 11 824 kms. Mileage will not go up anymore as the motorcycle is not plated anymore since I've upgraded to a bigger motorcycle. Never been dropped.
I would keep the bike but I need to travel to Ottawa quite a few times during the summer and while it has done the trip on the 401 multiple times, it's not the most comfortable ride for long distances on a highway.
First major maintenance ($300) was done at 1000 kms to check valve clearance (they were fine).
- Oil, oil filter and brake fluid changed last October
- Installed a new OEM rear tire at 7XXX kms (caught a nail in the old one...)
- Has an Akrapovic Carbon Fiber slip-on
- Has a light smoke Zero Gravity Double Bubble windscreen (helped to deflect wind on highway ... I'm 6'2)
- Installed a 12V port plugged to the battery (has a fuse)
- Installed blind spots mirrors to improve your visibility
- Has a RAM mount on the left side, will include iPhone 4 holder if you want it
- Installed Yoshimura rear spools to work with rear stand
- Spent winters in a shed
- Will include rear stand
Only comes with one key ... gf lost my spare. Comes with owner's manual, toolkit for the bike and I have the UVIP in hand.
Asking $3800
Not interested in trades.
Can also include stock exhaust and windscreen if you want them.
Located near Yorkdale Mall.
