So I bought my 2010 special edition 250 and I wanted to mod it a bit starting with the lights I already know I want to put in a HID kit but beyond that I was thinking a few extra green LED strips just to be certain people see me( not for showing off purposes but for not getting hit purposes) is this a stupid thought? If it isn't where can I get a decent price and which would be the best way of going about it? THANKS :D
 
Dont do the HID light strips..... Not cool, atleast my opinion. Is your bike green and white ? I bought the same bike not long ago. I love it. Just needs a exhaust.....
 
Don't do the led strips, I've seen a few bikes with them and they don't look good at all IMO. HID i would recommend, i got a 6k hid kit to and there aren't to blinding and don't attract a lot of attention from the cops to. lol

Then leave it as it is,I know it sounds crazy now but by next season you'll be looking to upgrade. I know it's tempting to start putting money into a bike but I'd wait til you do it to a bike you're going to have for a long time. Though, I'm not saying you won't have this bike for a while but the majority upgrade very quick. (Including myself)
 
Ninja 250 has halogen housings, do NOT put HID bulbs in. You'll blind everyone and have mediocre light at night
