He is looking for Manuel, the fiesty Latino Triumph mechanic who refuses to work on bikes older than 2009. When you're as saught after as Manuel, you can be picky about what bikes you want to work on! Via con Dios!
 
From what I understand the 09+ manuals aren't available, or not online, or very expensive compared to 08 and earlier. I bought a used '09 Street Trip and it came with an '08 manual (shared with Daytona).
