I have a ninja 250r and I think i am having battery problems. I fully trickle charged it on monday. So it started up no problem and went for a ride for maybe an hour (or an hour and a half). Then on tuesday went for another 1hour ride with no starting issues. Left the bike till Thursday which was when I rode it again. When I started it, it had problems starting. It sounded like it wanted to start but didnt. So then after the first try, it started to make that clicking sound like it was out of batteries. After a few more tries (maybe on the fifth try) it started. So I went on my way riding for an hour. Few stops here and there with the bike starting up fine.
Then this morning, tried to start the bike, it sounded like it wanted to start up but went to the clicking sound. So i decided to check the voltage with a multimeter, and it read 12.44. So what I'm thinking is the battery might be gone. Is there anything else I should do? Replace the battery? If so, which battery should I get and where?
