2006 gsxr 1000 won't rev past 8k

Please I need help all will be greatly appreciated

My bike 2006 gsxr 1000 29,000 miles
bike has a M4 full exhaust no other mods
it came with a Bazzaz ZFI and a X-Tre but I've taking all that off to eliminate any problems and it's still doing the same.

But as of now it's back to stock with a full M4 Exaust.

Ok now here is my problem.
My bike starts up and idles fine when I rev it in neutral it revs to 8k-10k ish and sounds like it hits the rev limiter shoots flames and had sputter popping characteristics. Ok but when I ride it it stall at 8k ish like a rev limiter it sputters and back fires like in neutral and want go any faster no matter what gear I'm in.

Ok now my secondary injectors :
i noticed my secondary injectors never spray. I swapped the primary injector plugs to the secondaries and they work just wanted to be sure they sprayed. But they never spray when plugged up correctly I watched with the air box open even going they the gears on the bike stand they don't spray. The positive wire to the injectors work but the ground wire doesn't come alive at All on the secondary injectors.

Ok ok things I've done :
New ECU
i changed spark plugs
had one spark plug dead before I changed them
but it still revved the same just idled rough.
checked coils one coil seemed weird but had an ok spark. This is the coil that the spark plug was dead on.
eliminated the kickstand switch
check clutch safety switch
changed fuel pump with a used one out of my friends 08 Hayabusa's

Could very well be the throttle position sensor.

"had one spark plug dead before I changed them"

What do you mean by this? Was the plug physically damaged (missing electrode, melted ground or center electrode etc)?

"one coil seemed weird"

Weird how?

You might consider a compression test and, if you can wing/afford it, a leakdown test to rule out mechanical issues, especially in the "suspect" cylinder. A bad tune may have resulted in, say, a burned valve.

re the secondary injectors: Since you had both an X-Tre and Z-FI perhaps you have wiring issues going on. Are those modules plug and play using factory connectors or were they spliced into the bike's wiring?

Well by weird when I unplug it the change of the engine just seems to be not as dramatic like the other 3 .
The spark plug was no good wouldn't transfer spark tried it on the working coils then put a new plug in the same coil and it wasn working just fine . So yes the spark plug was dead

Secondary throttle valve actuator?
Have you tried gettin a diagnostic done?

I also suspect TPS, but you need to get to a dealer who can run it through SDS for a diag.

sorry OP....you live in Louisiana, so I would've been more than happy to have a peek at your bike. Thanks for the PM message.
