2003 GSXR 600 Speedometer is BLANK! Please Advise..

I am in great need of your assistance. I have an 03 gsxr 600. What happened is that I was riding and all of a sudden the speedometer went BLANK. No back light was on no gauges worked, side blinkers were not able to turn on, no horn, no neutral light, but the HIGH BEAM signal was coming on.

I have checked all the fuses with a multimeter (Ohms) front and back of the bike. I have unplugged the main connection and plugged it back in, and I have unplugged the speedometer from the back and plugged it back in.

I even tried to CHARGE the battery to max with trickle charger but still no luck.

Any ideas???
I have tried to research all I could online but no luck. I am hoping I would have to take it to a PRO to get it checked out.
Thanks for your time.

If you want better help go to gixxer.com They have all kinds of technical stuff there to help you out. I would try using a different battery personally, that is granted that your connections are all good and such. It could be possible that you may need a new cluster as well, but I don't think the whole thing breaks all at once. I know my k6's tach sticks every now and then, but nothing else.

Are you sure you checked all the fuses? It sure sounds like a fuse issue if as you stated a bunch of other things are not working as well. The only other thing I can think of is maybe the front wiring harness has an issue somewhere, i.e. bad connector or broken wire. Do you have a service manual? IF not I would suggest trying to find a pdf copy on the net and then check the wiring diagram, then start digging through the harness. Check the grounds and +12Vdc wires first as they would be my first guess.

I did take a look at gixxer.com.
Actually took my bike to Ace MOTO Tech in Milton.
Found the issue was the loose connector wire underneath the fuse. But now the fuses are blowing up for "Turning signals" only 15A. Cannot find what is causing that.

Yes, checked all the fuses. I am however, looking for a broken wire.
Yes, I got the pdf copy, its been quite handy. I'll definitely begin with the +12Vdc wires. Thanks!

Could be oxidation of connectors that are exposed to water. Had that prob before

RockerGuy... which connectors to be precise? I am kinda newb with bikes.

I'm not sure about your year, but on the chasis before yours (SRAD). There were a major connector on the left side of the bike, in the side fairings that would short fuses. Had that happen to 2 SRADs. Take the plug apart, look for greenish oxidation and put some dielectric grease in there. I had to resort to manually taking each pin out from the plug. I think there were 15 pins in that plug

If you have removed the grey pin from the ECU connector to accomodate a slipon exhaust without getting a code, the pin has grounded out on some metal under the seat/subframe somewhere. This happened to me a number of times before I figured it out on my old GSXR.
It would pop a fuse that lights up the tailight and gauges, and possibly headlight too if I recall. It was a few yrs ago.
