Today I battled through rush hour traffic on QEW after work to get to the place. The place is extremely clean and organized. There was one other customer inside, and I started browsing around. 2 people (guy behind the parts counter and Elio) asked if I needed help. I told them I'm looking for Kriega bags and Elio took over at that point. He took the time to show me all the different bags, and how they go together, etc. I ended up buying a 30 and 20. On top of why I went there in the first place (for the bags), I also bought a pair of HELD riding pants. By the way, if you are a HELD fan like I am (I swear by the HELD Phantom gloves), they are selling the HELD Titans for approx. $310, which is an awesome deal, even cheaper than the online US stores.

I would give these guys my business any day (only a 80km round-trip ride). No pressure to buy. Even though I got there close to their closing time, Elio told me to take my time to make sure everything fits. On top of it all, I mentioned I rode in from Toronto because of the positive reviews on them, Elio gave me an additional 10% discount without me even asking.

This is one heck of a customer experience. I highly recommend Oakville Yamaha.

Coyo, thanks for your review earlier on Oakville Yamaha too! :happy3: It was what motivated me to ride out there in the first place. Only place remotely close to Toronto that carries Kriega. Fair prices and the bags are fantastic.
 
+1 A few of my buddies grabbed some Furygan gloves and I caved in and picked up some Held Titans there because the price was insane. Elio is awesome and I'm definitely picking up some Held Airstream's for next season. The Furygan leather grease is also nice @ $9 a tin.
 
I also had a good experience with them and they carry alot of stuff you just won't find in most shops such as the Kriega bags.

Another two thumbs up for Oakville Yamaha! I checked out their facility on Saturday and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. I picked up a Krega 25L bag and something tells me that I'll be back again as the need arises.
