Any updates? Tried searching but nothing. Gtam members?
 
No news yet, hoping for the best. One of them was part of a group ride with the Richmond Hill sportbikes group.
 
Always lots of gravel on the roads around there...

"Head-On Motorcycle Crash In Mulmur Township Sends Two To Hospital
September 04, 2012
Two motorcycle drivers are in hospital, after crashing head-on in Mulmur Township, southwest of Creemore. Dufferin County OPP say the crash happened around 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon on the 20th Sideroad near the 3rd Line, when an eastbound Suzuki motorcycle crossed the centre line and crashed into another motorcycle heading westbound. A 39 year old man and a 52 year old man were both take to hospital in Toronto with serious injuries. Anyone who witnessed or has information regarding this collision is urged to contact PC DONNELLY at Dufferin OPP, 519-925-3838.

I just got word from former co-workers that this may have been one of my former project managers. (39 year old). If it is the same accident, then as I have been informed, the older rider tried to pass a cage on a turn and crossed the centre line into the path of the 39yr old's bike, going the opposite way. Younger rider got on the brakes and the bike apparently started to highside and the older rider ended up T-boning the younger. (Only using the older/younger terms for reference to bike A and bike B btw). Younger rider (my former workmate is in hospital with several cracked ribs, a shattered left arm and numerous other injuries, but is out of the woods. Not sure on the final outcome or of the condition of the older rider.
Again, this is not for certain that this is the incident I was informed of but the time frame and similarities all fit.
 
that's terrible. I hope that they have a good recovery.
