That is the one run by Flattrack Canada. However, they will provide a bike, and even gear if you need.
I did it last spring with a group of other SOAR racers and it was a great experience.
I don't know of anyone else who runs a school.

I believe you have to bring your own bike for that. Same track and instructors as the flattrack canada school.
