A 52-year-old man pulled over for speeding told police he had just washed his car and was trying to dry it out.

Chatham-Kent OPP say he was going 143 km/hour in a posted 80 km/hour zone on Highway 40 just south of Fairview Line Wednesday morning.

lol the excuses people come up with at the spur of the moment. I've heard the "I've got a take a serious crap!" line works for some people. Probably works even better if you have some of that gag fart spray-can handy that you can spritz right before rolling down your window lol
 
That had to be the worst excuse ever
 
Went on a groups ride 4 years ago in elephant lake/507. There was a beach so most went for a swim. One of the riders went on his gixxer to ride while still in his boxer to "dry" off. Dunno if it made much of a difference.
 
I wasn't speeding, I was just doing calisthenics and stretching my right foot out to work my calf muscle.
