11b question

date of the offence was june 19, trial date is april 24, is that enough time to try for 11b? and if so when do i have to file for this ?

June 19 this year to April 24 next year? That's only 10 months. For traffic court these days, I don't think you have a shot at it unless it is 12 months or more.

First appearance tends to be just inside of 11b...if there is an adjournment from the crown, youre in good shape
