Great shop with very helpful owner. Many times answers questions without even having anything done at his shop.

I've only had minor stuff done there, but they've treated me well. They've always got a ton of bikes on hand, so it must be going well.

Yes,
I was recommended by a friend to go there and when I got a flat tire late last year... called them up while waiting for CAA, and gave them the details... when I arrived with the bike shortly afterwords they were expecting me and put through the order for the new tire. Picked up the bike the next day. Tire installed and everything was good.Planning to go there again for next service when I can.

Seems like a competent workshop.

Today I'll leave my bike there, hope thy'll not gonna find something very bad.
Thanx for reviews.

My first experience with 109Cycle this morning - GREAT.

I went to get safety done this morning. Very friendly meet and greet, no waiting at all (I had an appointment). I asked to point out all small things as well, because I want to restore my 1985 Madura. Well 30 minutes and all was explained in details (btw, results were very good), and even something was fixed without hesitation and no charge.

Big props to the guys there!
thx.

109 is top notch in my books. I've dealt with Bill since Ontario Honda, and though he is no longer there at 109, Art is a great service manager, as are the guys & gals who do the work naturally.

Had a wiring issue fixed there a few weeks ago. Great service

They certified 2 bikes for me. very basic ****** service. They have nothing ever in stock...I just buy chain lube there..

Try Mitch at Frankenstein...he' ll give you free advice regarding anything....don't go to 109 unless you know nothing about repairing a bike and like to throw money away.

Thats my opinion..

It's a great shop. Good mechanics and service. As mentioned, it is a little shop without much stock, but they seem to be able to deliver when they say they will. Art is working the front desk, he's been in the business for as long as I can remember and then some. The owner and head mechanic has been in the business for even longer. These guys are the real deal. The only real problem is that they are a 'little' shop. You may have to wait a while to get your bike in.

Highly recommend.

My bike is in 109 cycle as I type this... They deliver grate customer service and have top notch mechanics... I read a review online about "arrogant attitude translates into poor customer service/response" Whoever wrote that review in my opinion has never stepped foot into 109 cycle or is arrogant and ignorant them selves... Art and the staff at 109 cycle as Eaglebiker pointed out are the real deal and they get things done properly and ontime with fair prices.

I've been there before and left happy. Tonight I left the shop with oil on my right caliper after changing the fork seals. Obviously they didn't check the bike after (road test). That's bad, no matter how busy you are.

Probably taking my 650R there for a safety because the potential buyer asked if I'd let them look it over before buying so I might as well get the safety done in the same place to save time. Hoping they won't turn out like these overly picky shop safeties that I've been reading about all over lately. Nothing wrong with the bike as far as I'm aware but we'll see.

If you want a no BS safety, absolutely guarantee you NOBODY will do it cheaper: http://goo.gl/maps/psQ4F ask for Daniel.

Rosey toes charged me $40, he does it for less?

& as far as 109 cycle goes, they helped me out and spent 15 min checking out my brakes for free one day. Bonus points to them, if I am ever back in the area will be going back :)

I know I can go somewhere else. But the buyer wants me to have that place look over the bike anyway so I might as well just have them do the safety so I don't have to go to 2 different places.

Although after he acted like he was for sure buying the thing he never called me back when he said he was going to so I guess he changed his mind anyway.

The guys at 109 Cycle have exceeded my expectations from Peter's extensive knowledge of my bike to Art's amazing customer service. Their service was above and beyond anything I have experienced anywhere else. I will only be taking my bike to them from now on.
