Ok instead of highjacking that other thread I will start a new one.
JohnnyP636 that link you posted in the other thread didn't work for me. something about the session timing out.

This is what I need.

its not a stock piece, I need to figure out who its made by so I can try to source a replacement.

Next I'm trying to figure out if these are stock or aftermarket.

It looks like you have taken apart the internal cylinder assembly, so weather that piece is OEM or not is your main problem, you can not buy those internal cylinder parts separate. Those are only sold by Kawi as a complete assembly, whoever manufactures them weather it be KYB, SHOWA etc etc will most likely not sell you one unless you buy 10,000 of them at once...

I would forget about that, and just buy spare forks, they will cost you less then you will spend trying to figure that out...Or buy aftermarket internals and spend even more

Why did it break in the first place? Just wondering if you want to buy them again if they already broke once...

I know. I have no idea how/why one side broke and the other was fine. But at this point my only choice is to replace the broken stuff or put all stock parts back in.

I need to take apart a stock fork to measure everthing and make sure all the aftermarket stuff in these "fit".

I would mention to them that they broke, they might do something for you even thou they are cheap. Nothing beats free...

What a hassle thou! LOL....I would just buy a good used set for the amount of work your putting into these...

LOL you have no idea. They weren't even my forks to begin with. But I like working on stuff. Once these are done, I have pull the stock ones off the track bike install these, then the ones on the track bike go onto the stunt bike that is sitting on its cage right now..lol

I really need to get all these bikes together.
