The frame does have cracks, but could probably be welded back to decent shape and is also not branded, so it's up for grabs.
The motor runs (last I checked) just rashed up on the right side
Tanks is dead, don't bother asking for it.
I got a brand new set of bars and some other stuff that a nice 599 rider gave me to rebuild my bike before I found out about the frame
