Actually far from a dick move, this was smart - he made his left turn without obstructing anyone and saved people behind him time. Once again, the original poster of the videos proves they are whiney and pathetic.

Most of this stuff is incredibly tame and not video-worthy; whoever is making the video comes across as a massive ***** who probably shouldn't be on the road to begin with.

While I agree with the sentiment of your post - blocking people from splitting, or really blocking people from doing anything on purpose with your vehicle is grounds for HTA 172 seizure. If some LEO saw this whole situation go down though I don't think he would be charging the car driver.
