Help: Throttle Valve Sync newbie question, how would I know whether a Throttle Valve Sync should be done? According to manual it's 12k or 24 months, followed by 24k or 48 months. My question is, would it be out of sync if bike has less than 12k but it's been over 3 years? Lastly, any good shops...

Mine is bent... it's a black shift lever. Please pm me if you know where to get a replacement. Thanks.
