Thanks for the help everyone :) I'll be towing it back or renting a van. And I'm not 100 percent on not insuring the bike this year. If I have the cash, I'm going to ride this year, if not I'll wait till next year... I just need something to look forward to lol

I talked to the owner about him riding it down, and he said it will be too far for him... The bike won't be in my name untill I get it certified which will happen after I get back to Toronto. Would the insurance still cover my buddy?

Here's the situation... I am buying a used EX500 as my first bike, and it is in Ajax. The previous owner still has insurance on it and it is street legal. Would it be legal for someone else to ride it back for me? I don't plan on insuring the bike untill next year, and I will be keeping it in...
