To the rider with a blue bike w/white on the side parked at the Yonge/Finch Go Station yesterday around 2:30/3pm... There were 3 punks around your bike and another one "pretending" to ride it while parked with a backwards baseball cap. I yelled from the car while in traffic on Yonge, "GET OFF...
