Thought I had experienced my first 'SMIDSY' today. Turns out he DID see me...
Happened on the way home from work...I was driving up Woodbine just past Queen when a taxi coming the opposite direction pulled a U-turn right in front of me IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET - not even going through an intersection.
