Re: First time on a Cruiser + harley(Lowrider S)
Yeah, or Hypermotard, Panigale, etc... Even the 'lowly' Scrambler has an 800cc air-cooled V-twin in a 400 lb body.
Yes, absolutely recommend, especially if you haven't taken any form of advanced rider training before. The instructors are very dedicated and thorough. Plus, it's a lot fun.

I highly recommend them. I hope to do at least two of these practice sessions a year.

I get waves from HD riders all the time. Maybe it's because they think I'm riding a custom XR. I wave to everyone including Spyders and scooters.

Yes, the original Ducati Scramblers were made in 1962 through to '74. 250s and 350s. The new ones are modern interpretations.

I had the same reaction from techs at the HD dealer in Richmond Hill. (When mine was stock, I've done a few mods since)
Probably more than 'kinda'. Pretty sure that's what Ducati had in mind when they said 'flat track inspired'. It was designed for the American market.

Someone once said my Ducati looked like a Harley, and I was like, 'No way son, the passion, character and emotion are completely different!'. The guy rode a gixxer, so he probably had no idea what I was talking about. #SMH
