    Calabogie this Weekend

All the advice given in the thread, including the go-pro feedback is excellent. To continue to contribute, here's a video from the red group with polite passing and a great indicator of fast lines worth watching. Take what you will, but realize that there are a number of quick lines around...

    Close call today

Correct. I've gone through this a few times with my parked bike knocked over downtown by another vehicle. Luckily a picture or video and witness with license plate details were available in all cases, despite the at-fault driver never leaving any information. I reported it to the collision...

    Renewal Suprize

I was with State Farm previously. Their insurance rates for bikes was as good as the best rates I found elsewhere. However my car and house insurance rates were significantly more expensive than the rates offered by The Personal. When I talked to my State Farm broker and mentioned that I was...

    Renewal Suprize

Wow, you're right. Thanks! I just finished calling them for a quote. Roughly $550/year. I can't believe the difference. They won't insure a CBR but they'll charge me almost $1000 less a year for the FZ-09 over TD MM. Crazy.

    Renewal Suprize

    R6 fans not running

It's hit well over a 110 without coming on. Enough to have the warning light come on. I usually run water + water wetter or mocool.

    R6 fans not running

Thanks for the detailed response and suggestion. I didn't even think of trying the ecu diagnostics. I'm pulling the bike out of storage this weekend, so I'll give this a try. I had my ecu flashed a few years ago (you might remember, as it didn't go as smoothly as we hoped.. I think I was the...

    R6 fans not running

2009 R6 fans don't run even at the high temp warning point. - fuse checked - hooked the fans up to the battery directly and they both work - thermostat causes the radiator to cycle the fluid (thermostat should be fine?) I'm guessing it's probably the fan relay switch? I have no idea where...

    John Bickle Leather Repair..

I'm sure it doesn't need to be said, as it has been said time and time again, but regardless.. Sent my boot to John after a pretty nasty crash last year. The zipper was damaged as it was caught against some of hard bits on the bike, and a significant portion of the leather was pulled apart at...

    Aluminum Ramp

*** SOLD *** I bought the ramp a few years ago from www.discountramps.com for $230 USD. Great ramp as it comes apart as two pieces for easy loading. When snapped together it's nearly 8 feet long and very wide for easy loading. It's also arched in the middle so it's not as steep and will not...
