I've seen some good reviews of the CCW. Saw it in person at the last December bike show but didn't really give it a good look over.
I've seen the Sym Wolf in person and I thought it looked like a typical Chinese knock off. Good idea with lackluster execution. I've got some experience with a...
I can understand your desire to have more true to life road experience in the training course, but the truth is that it's just not economically possible. The costs associated with renting a lot big enough to even hold a course, plus the insurance required are just too high. As instructors we...
I used a 3 circuit solution from Eastern Beaver. you can choose all switched or one lead unswitched. Very simple install.

I agree rmemedic, rocksmith can be less about the mechanics of the instrument and more about the songs. But I do find the mini games are great because they force you to look at the screen instead of your fingers.
I also would suggest at least a couple of face to face lessons with a decent...
Just for kicks I picked up the Rocksmith bundle at Costco last year. The game teaches you how to play, and has some cool mini games that make practicing the boring stuff a little better and the Epiphone Les Paul Jr. that was included is surprisingly good. The whole package was about $160.
I've got a set of the Cortech sport bags, side and tail, and a set of (I think) Motopack soft sport bags. The motopack bags are bigger and fit well on my Z750, and I used the cortech on my Ninja 250. I'd actually be happy to sell them off cheap (like $25-30 cheap) if anyone is interested. I...
Talk to the condo management beforehand and see what they are willing to accommodate by way of locks/chains/etc. Also make friends with the building security people so they know who you are and this will know if someone who is not you is messing with the bike should they see it.
Consider...
I've gone through 2 pairs of non-goretex waterproof boots in 3 years, Alpinestars and Joe Rocket. They just don't seem to stay waterproof for very long. Trying a pair of TCX Gore-tex this season.
I have a tourmaster jacket as well and had to replace the battery side of the cable, it would work intermittently. The wire broke just behind the connector, but it wasn't visible. They are the same as the Gerbings so they are pretty easy to get.
Yeah, some people do just need more seat time. I'm glad to hear he talked to the office though, we get a lot of great positive feedback but if nobody ever tells us what they didn't like it's difficult to fix it.
I hope your buddy talked to our office to let us know how he felt. We usually have a bunch of people in each class that have never driven a stick shift before and often some who have never even driven a car. We do our best to pay extra attention to these people to ensure that they don't fall...
Unless you're really short and light the 950 will be fine, just make sure to take your time and get used the extra weight compared to the bikes you used in your course. Spend some time in a parking lot to get a feel for the difference in how the bike handles at low speeds.
