Motorcycle Superstore Brokerage Fees if Shipped to Canada?

This. LOVE using CBI. So easy, way cheaper if you're receiving multiple packages from the US, and a chance to go across the border and get a Cheesecake Factory fix in. Haha.

    Cost per day to tour

Priceline! You can get really good deals and generally save $5-15 off of motels and significantly more off of higher end hotels. I use BetterBidding and BiddingTraveler to look up successful wins and hotel lists in the area so I can bid multiple times. After a few weeks, it really adds up. We...

    Home Renovations

This x 1,000000000000000.... You will also likely need a permit for structural changes to your house. |I would get it (it's also there to protect you) and if it's required and your contractor says you don't need it, I would be wary. Very wary. Also, Homestars is a good place to start but take...

    Hot Weather Riding Tip

Great advice. Last year riding down south, cool water became gross warm water really quickly and didn't make me feel very hydrated. This year I know better! Will grab some ice before heading out from motels/rest stops so it lasts longer.

Draggin' Jeans "Minx" Lowrise Bootcut Riding Jeans

SOLD!!!!! Women's riding jeans made by Draggin' Jeans Australia. This is the "Minx" style which is a lowrise bootcut with stretch. The size is 8 (29 is the actual waist measurement) but this is euro size so I'd say someone who fits a 2-4 in US brands like Gap or Old Navy. Also keep in mind...

Route suggestions for heading out west (US)?

Wow, thanks BeastieGirl! Great suggestions....I'll have to sit down and put some highlighter to map and figure out exactly where those are....I've heard of some of those but you've pointed out a few new ones for me. I'm excited to check out the national parks and have heard that Bryce is...

Route suggestions for heading out west (US)?

Heading out to West to Montana, Wyoming (and maybe Idaho?), Utah, Colorado area for 3 weeks and looking for some route suggestions on getting over to that general area. Not 100% sure whether we'll start north and go counterclockwise or the other way around. I'm leaning towards counterclockwise...

    BMW owners movement!

Has anyone had service done at Serpa BMW recently? Bought my bike there and had it serviced there as well. Haven't had any experience since the new ownership.

Rider down Atwood Lane and Derry Road

Hope both rider and driver pull through. On a side note, this is one of the ONLY times I've ever seen an objective report (albeit brief) from any news source when the details are unknown. "a motorcycle and car collided" instead of "a motorcycle collided with a car" or "a motorcycle struck a car".

1ST annual bike meet (buffalo wild wing vaughan ) hwy 400 and major mack

Probably....or I'm guessing at least has some kind of relation to that location. Either way....OP, if you can get some kind of a deal, will probably bring more people. Can I put in a suggestion for a free pop with some type of min purchase requirement? Or free fries with wings or something like...

Except they don't make a round oval, which is also weird since they specifically mention it. Fortunately, OP doesn't have that problem.

Women's Pants - which to buy?

Ditto! I've tried many and those are my faves to date. Have worn them in many conditions. I used to be a 0 (24-25 in jeans) and a 28 inch inseam. I wore the xs. They have one of the lowest rises I've tried which is great if you're petite and/or ride in a sportsbike position.

    Think it's worth it?

I wouldn't buy something just to throw it out. The cheapo in me cringes at that thought. What about just packing existing items from your closet that are about ready to toss anyway? Or underpacking so you have room for a new t should you need it.
