RIP rider. I went through there this morning, and water was pouring off the Burgoyne bridge down onto the 406 from the construction on the bridge, in a horrible location.
I had to stand the bike up, get through the waterfall then resume a fairly hard lean. I hope this wasn't the same thing...
I feel really bad for everybody involved, I can't imagine a worse event than killing your own child.
I'm a lefty shooter, so I have more than the usual amount of hot brass hitting me in the face, chest, neck etc. You have to respect what's in your and and not overreact like that.
Typical crap lane discipline, people camping in the damn left lane because they feel safe from the scary on ramps.
Hope rider is ok, but his overreaction was a big factor, a hip check from an SUV would be less painful than a highway slide.
I was having a good chuckle at the Thorold slams and catzo you went and spoiled it. Its a great little town, i dont think we even have trailer homes, basically i dont want more people moving here, let the rumors and trash talking continue.
I would have called the cops myself had I seen "handmade wooden trailer with the young riding it while sitting on a child's lawn chair."
And I think that's a TYPO "maroon e-bike" Should have been "moron e-bike"
Good advice, a bit of one on one with an experienced rider who's watching out for what you are doing right and wrong will do more for you than trying to keep up with a pack of vest wearing Rossi's. I've taken a bunch of new riders out, all felt that rolling classroom was good for their skills...
