If the shape is wrong for your skull, you'll never be happy with it. The C3 and C3 Pro are completely different for me, only the Pro works on my head, hated the C3.
Is there any way to charge and use it at the same time with 12 volt power from the bike? I run heated gear that is powered from the bike, all the cables and controls are a drag but they work all day.
I've operated a numbered Ontario .inc for about 15 years. There are no tax advantages/disadvantages, it's just easier to setup as you don't have to pay for a name search, and you don't have to worry about somebody else setting up a company named the same.
