    Ducati Diavel

I loved the Mt-01. i think it was one helluva beast. if yamaha cut the price on that beast a little bit they would have sold a lot more. i think it was a great bike.

Oil change before or after winter ?????

dont forget to open up the oil fill tube when you get there. you have to let in the warm florida air, otherwise the contaminated cold air will continue to turn oil into acid in just weeks. I wholeheartedly support this man's argument. although my experience with bikes is limited to my own, i...

Oil change before or after winter ?????

i agree, with you, but only up to the point where you say that i am not doing the engine any favour. but i didnt say anything about trying to save the engine by doing this. at worst i get some moisture into my oil, get a little bit of milky sludge on cap, but one nice ride will burn the moisture...

Oil change before or after winter ?????

i do this. but this is only because i am too lazy to pull out battery and throw it on a trickle charger. by starting it for 30 mins as i shovel driveway, or am doing something around the house it lets the bike warm up, and allows the alternator to work on the battery, it doesnt charge as well as...

Oil change before or after winter ?????

if its near the 5000km mark, i'll change it a bit early for the winter. if not, then it sits until spring and gets changed whenever i hit the 5000k mark. oil will not go bad between now and march. but change it as often as makes you happy.

    Manslaughter for Passenger Fatality..

sorry i was looking at twinn's post. i thought he was saying there would be leniency if intoxicated due to lack of "intent". i may have misread it. it is sunday night. a weekend of partying has just finished. and i havent yet caught my sleep back. on that note, i dont like to hang hte guy...

    Caledon Noise Bylaw for motorcycles

fair enough. i see your point. however, i guess its all perspective. from where i currently live, it takes me 1.5 hours to get to the forks, i can push it to over 2 hours if i take side roads. so for me, it is a ride. its nice scenery, yes there are other places to ride, but that place is really...

    Caledon Noise Bylaw for motorcycles

you are completely oblivious to the reasons of going somewhere on a motorcycle. its the ride, not the destination, that riders go out and ride for. most of us get on our bikes, call up a few friends, and cruise to the middle of nowhere, find some hole in the wall, and grab lunch. it is basic...
