Looking at Roberry the poor neighborhoods have more. For break and enter I would say there is a pretty good spread for both poor and rich neighborhoods. I love how the financial district is the worst for incidence of theft of $5000+.

There is usually more security in rich neighborhoods. Cars and big screen TVs from high class neighborhoods carry a large risk of being caught. Break into a poor peoples house and stealing wads of cash and whatever drug stash they have too is a better pay off to risk ratio.
