Recent movies you saw - recommend or no

The Colony - As a big fan of PA movies, I had to check it out. While it's not a marvel of modern cinematography, I think it got panned too much on imdb. It's relatively generic but still not a bad action-horror to pass 90min with

I've never been in an actual gunfight and hope I never end up with one, but I have been in situations where you have to engage many targets on the clock. Your hands naturally point at upper chest level. By the time my gun is pointed straight ahead, I'm already squeezing the trigger. With an...

Even Tier-1 guys go for center mass, especially in battle. Always go for the big targets. I fire more rounds in a month than most cops do in 5 years and I wouldn't be going for headshots if I ever (God forbid) found myself in a 2-way range

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/new-speed-limit-recommendations-to-be-considered-by-council-1.3025853 There is a poll in this article, so I urge all GTAMers to make their voices heard in it.

Looking for hard luggage recommendations in 28-29"

Thanks... And I just found out that my wife left me both of her Samsonite knockoffs (similar-sounding brand), that are pretty decent-looking and have survived many trips with no ill effects, so I'm actually set for luggage.. I was under the impression that she only left me one, that it belongs...

Looking for hard luggage recommendations in 28-29"

The Eagle Creek product most likely wouldn't meet my needs... Gonna talk to the Mrs., but I 've narrowed my choices down to the Travelpro on the "expensive" side and Air Canada hardcase and American Tourister regular in the $100 ballpark.

I'll be spending more time abroad, so a more international brand might work out better for me... Starting to like the option of Samsonite Winfield 2... Can be had for $160 and every major city should have a Samsonite warranty center.

Thanks for the heads up... This one's looking interesting... http://www.thebay.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/en/thebay/home/luggage/helium-secure-lite-spinner-29 The brand has never been on my radar but then again I'm not a luggage expert :P

Looking for hard luggage recommendations in 28-29"

Looking for sturdy and reasonably light hard luggage since I need an extra piece and I might as well buy something in reasonable quality. The price range would be up to $150. Current options in mind are: 1) Air Canada 28" Spinner Hardside -...

The guy's a hack. Moved in here and the tank had more sharkbites than Jaws 1, 2 and 3. A couple of them failed, so soldered the joints properly. Good gasfitters still sweat'em, but there are too many hacks with diploma mill G2's out there inflicting their "expertise" on poor, unsuspecting...

Lol I love it when we get a dose of reality from someone with the right scientific and technical background... Doesn't prevent the occasional zealot from arguing anyway, though

We Know you Ride, But do you Shoot?

Re: We know you ride, but do you Shoot? Understood.. I'm not into keeping safe queens either.. I do plan on buying a plastic pistol (most likely a Shield in 9) when I move out of Canada, but I'll use it to play IDPA with a realistic carry model, which we can't do here. My points on Shadows...
