Hey all, out of curiosity how do the insurance companies decide what the payout is for a stolen motorcycle, does the insurance company give you the equivalent to what you declared when you transferred the ownership or do they go by current market value? Is each company different?
Nobody mentioned the SV650 second gen models yet, I'm surprised. Excellent power delivery, handling, light enough to stay nimble but heavy enough to feel stable on the road. There's really good deals on Kijiji.

I'm in favour of selling the bike to the buyer. Like others said you've announced the disclaimer and its up to him in the end. Unless you don't care how long you hold the bike before it sells I would make the sale
