Thanks guys - this is City of Toronto Conservation lands so yes, it's for public use but the type of use is very restricted. Definately no motorbikes. I had a link to a City of Toronto site about this area - it's called Crother's Woods if I recall.

don't ******** me on this one jamie. This is not meant for motor bike access at all - even from the top of Bayview at Nesbitt. The "road" was access for recent sewer upgrades and the area is Conservatory Lands of the City.

The posted times are for when car drivers need to pay. You can park a bike there anytime. I've been there as late as 9 or 10 no problem and as early as 7 a.m. It's not a a rush hour tow away zone.
