My Garage is a single car fully insulated garage including the doors, approx 300ft2. My ceiling height is 9 feet. It adds a solid $50 a month to my bill but considering that Dec, Jan, Feb and March are the cold months I figure that $200 - $300 a year is not too much to make a work/living...

I have been using this heater for 2 years now. It is set at 20C all the time. Will warm my small garage easily to 30 plus...
depending on clearance (pegs, exhaust...) 1" lowered front and rear should not be an issue. Check on some cbr250 forums to find out how suitable this bike is to being lowered. Shave the seat as well and buy her some lady daytona boots. Then she should be fine.

Thank you for the offers.
Also, if this is your first bike or if you have limited experience on a small bike (125 or 250) I will not sell it to you. Sorry.
Check your insurance as well.
Thanks

I am preparing to buy a new bike for next season so I am putting my 2007 ZX14 up for sale. I can either trade this bike on my new one or sell it privately. I will sell it privately if I can get the equal value of the trade, adjusted for taxes. Hence $6000.I purchased this...

I was expecting some more design changes. I like it but would have changed up the exhaust and the rear a little. Never really a fan of the look for stock exhaust anyhow so these would come off after breakin.

I use the Scale Q2 multi set. Not a bad unit overall and it is a reasonable price. I replaced the boom mic with a wired mic kit (sold by scala for $50 per helmet). It tucks in very nicely.

My wife did her course first then I taught her to ride. While I was very nervous early on I am glad I invested the time with her. The bike course teaches only the basics or motorcycle operation. You learn to ride after the course.
