i would buy a better helmet and use that one as a back up. dont cheap out on your helmet. it isnt just about safety but comfort aswell.

it is crazy boring riding through canada. if i did it again i would ride through the US. the cabot trail isnt very long. you can ride it twice in a day if you wanted. great scenery and decent roads. if you are looking for high speed twisties there are far better roads alot closer to home.

pretty sure brian has the stock exhaust on all of his bikes. the kawi twins are the worst sounding bikes ever made. it's better to not draw attention to the fact your riding a ninja 250.

how do you avoid something when you are in the air. i bet that was a hopeless feeling, sailing towards the tractor knowing there is nothing you can do but brace for impact. this makes me nervous at the track. i have seen someone get run into after they crashed on the landing of a jump.

i have had my helmet run over by an atc(wasnt wearing it at the time). it got scratched and cracked but held up ok. wore the helmet the rest of the day. if you ride off road you need a mx helmet. the speeds are so low off road you need a lot more ventalation. mx lids are really nice on...
