I've been married for 4 years and we've been buying new construction since we were married... so far this is our 3rd place, and honestly I don't really want to move again. But everytime we bought we waited for 12-18 months for the place to be built and I made money on it and moved 12 months-18...
wow that totally sucks *** !!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't really have anything to offer then that situation you are in sucks ...
I travelled to Aussie a few years ago and I just did the visa myself through the Australian government website directly... why didn't you just do that ? just curious.
5w40 mixed with 10w30 probably isn't a good idea if your bike is designed for 40 weight oil. the upper number if the really the one that matters since that is when the engine gets up to temp.
if you were mixing 5w40 with 10w40 i'd say its a no brainer you cold do it ... your top number is...
I'll double check, I think my renewal last year had the changes already baked into it which is why I saw it drop significantly last year and only a minor drop this year (by comparison).
I do live in Brampton right now, moved here last August. Supposedly its the worst place to get insurance in Ontario. So far, I've found this place cheaper than our place in Woodbridge. That was twice as much as it is here.
My rates dropped last year by a bit and they're dropping a bit more this year...
last year I was paying :
Raider 1900 @ $759 (2016) and coming in 2017 @ $680 / year
SV1000 @ $414 (2016) and coming into 2017 @ $373 / year
Anyone else seeing rate drops ? I keep hearing about rates going up but...
In a nutshell, yes you can get a discount off MSRP on a new bike from a dealership. It depends on many factors. The biggest being if it is a leftover from last year. That will drive the price down since they will want to move it out. also how popular is the model ?
I was able to buy my...
Here's something not on your list ... but on your ball park ... I recall reading somewhere that with the option gearset (3.92 maybe?) it will tow 9000 lbs...
I've seen alot of good advice on the thread so far ... I can only add that you can't have TOO MUCH power or capacity when towing...
I think I get about 10-15% discount on my 2nd bike ...
I think they key is to stack your discounts, I have the car and house on there so I get 10-15% off because of the car and another 10-15% because of the house. ... so anywhere between 30-45% discount on insurance by having everything all...
Unfortunately this is not possible for everyone ... even if it is possible some people prefer to continue progressing in their respective careers and that is a realistic and personal choice that you are saying is wrong.
so what's the matter with people ? I'd say nothing's wrong but a personal...
for us, my wife wants another kid but we spaced them out (wife not preggers) but if she does even now, my kid will be 4 by next school year so I'd only be 'on the hook' for $1500 / month in daycare costs for only 1 kid. After school care is a non-issue as my parents will be retiring next year...
Glad you got it sorted.
just to add my comments to this thread ... My friend had an issue with a Honda and while Honda Canada agreed it was covered the US dealer said it was not. In the end my friend paid out of pocket (on his VISA) and was reimbursed for that exact amount in CDN dollars...
I can honestly say I am living pay check to pay check right now and dipping into my savings a tiny little bit every month ... BECAUSE ? of the damn daycare costs !!! $1500 / month in daycare costs is ridiculous ... can't wait for my kid to grow up and go to regular school ...
granted if it...
So go buy it ... get buyer's remorse, let me know and I'll buy it off you for a dollar... seems like a plan ! You won't get stuck with it if you don't like it.
