ya ...well thats true !! ( good to be known as something ...i think ?) I"ll have ya know, and the rest of the gtam community, that I rode for about 2 hrs in the rain coming home from Port Dover and that rain was verrry wet ! I thought it might rain so I went out and bought some rain pants...

I'm out for the weekend. Next ride for me will be BBoyz on Tuesday...if it's dry !!

I really like the idea that you are thinking ! You deserve credit for that and you are good at it. I , however, don't see a market for this....I know you could make it work , given time, more thought / input but, ...would prefer to see you put your efforts into something more marketable. Side...

A buddy had a hyosung 250 and he's over 6'. He rode that thing everywhere and had lots o fun. If I'm not mistaken...I think he said the hyosung was a better fit than the ninja. So...try sittin on a few rides before ya buy but , ya, if ya really want a 250 i'm sure you can do it !!

Not sure if this wil help, i don't know your bike, but,...something easy... Run the bike in the dark and watch for jumping / leaking sparks from your ignition leads (may need to rig up a fuel sytem of sorts with the tank off....a long feeder hose to the tank on a stand / shelf beside the bike)...

Sorry to hear your out but,...as you've said the weather isn't really good anyway. Hopefully by the time you heal up the monsoon season will have ended. I just found a dry spot today , for a couple of hours , and took full advantage of it (thanks to the weather radar). A real hit n miss sport...

Sorry to hear about the rider, your friend. Hope he'll come out of this ok and without any long lasting damage. I too had a friend hurt this way....seems to be a fairly common type of accident.

Wow...whats going on with the parking lot? Did they finally expand their parking lot and pave ??:p Last time I was there I seen some "valet parking" thing going on thanks to Amazon...will this continue even on the new pavement? Hope they expanded the building too!

Not good to ride beside a truck...ever! Sounds like a wet weather mod is required for that SV. Ask around and see what other owners are doing or what the manufacturer suggests. I'm sure there's lots that can easily be done to stop a "sleeping cylinder".

ya....good question "Who rides in the rain.??" whats the point of that?? is it really ridin or..just puttin mileage on? I'm what some call a "Rain Wussy"....I'll only ride in the rain if I have to! (I have other vehicles as well that offer waay better rain protection!) I bought a pair of rain...

It's always sunny above the clouds......unless its dark!:)
