Change the date on the title of this thead? I assume you mean the Saturday (2nd), or try posting it in the TMP the 2nd thread to see if anyone has anything. http://www.gtamotorcycle.com/vbforum/showthread.php?184911-August-2nd-(tomorrow-tmp)
OK, hopefully he was not hurting to much the next day as he looked like he was OK right after the crash but the next couple days are always s more painful.
Have a good weekend up North.
The dinner was either 2011 or 2012 I can't remember but I know that he was on a factory ride at that time, I think it was 2012 and there was the convention going on in 2012 also as we had to stay farther away due to a lot of hotels being full.
Detroit sucks, especially if you have to stop for...
Easy to deal with :)
I wanted them before the deal closes at the end of the month as I wanted them mounted before going to bogie. Got them ordered and was expected to be 10 days, but had them within a week.
Shipping wont be same day stuff but as long as expected deliveries are advised of its ok.
It is not everyones third round, as an example, the guy that won was his sixth race weekend but I know what you are saying. The more the merrier in my opinion on the grid as long as it's safe and glad to hear that you will address any safety concerns. As you mentioned a lot of guys don't know...
That's crazy, good thing nobody was close enough and had a good drive on him while trying to past a weaving bike down the straight. I see he tried to chop off your nose going into the carousel but ran wide. Once I get up the qualifier race you will see it happen there also.
It's tough to see...
Not sure if he is on the site. He cut right across a few guys I know of over the two races and ran off the track in each race (still managed to win on Sunday after running off). I had a crap race Sunday so wasn't close enough to see what you are talking about but that doesn't sound like much fun...
Round 3 in the books. Saturday qualifying race got to start on pole which was nice as it was my first front row start all season. Another not so great start and I lost a couple spots, went into T1 in 3rd. First lap went into the carousel just passing into 2nd and then had him run across my nose...
I understand that you don't want them hot and tear apart but what is your definition of "cool"? I assumed that you would want heat in them but not to overheat them? Wouldn't they not grip as well if you were trying to keep them cool?
Have you run warmers and rains before or just speaking from...
It looks like it is going to rain for Sundays race so I will be using wets for the first time. I have a couple questions below if anyone wants to chime in.
1 - Warmers or no warmers? I have read different views on this such as wanting to heat the tire since the ground will be cooler you want...
I was right beside the guys with the dogs, if you were at your pit looking across I was on the right of the dogs.
The tires that I started with were almost done and I was pretty sure I was going to have to put new ones on at lunch but I had very minimal wear and they lasted all day for me.
I was pitted directly across from you but everytime I was going to come say hi, I couldn't see you there anymore. Not sure if you went to sit down somewhere I just couldn't see you or if you went off somewhere.
Saw your old bike there and thought I saw you just leaving on the streetbike
Nice...
