I thought that Rins was going to walk away with it this year, I don't follow to much off season stuff so when I saw that Miller was expensive I was wondering why as he was always underpowered last year and then at rd1 realized it's cause of the new team.

I have not done it so don't want to post a yes or no answer, I only know that you can get a form from customs that helps you get the bike back into Canada. Hopefully someone will chime in with first hand experience.

If you were to buy an engine and frame from the states would you have to export those parts? If not and you brought the parts into Canada and finished building the rest of the bike with Canadian parts, could you then take that bike to the states?

You can take the bike to customs (there is one at the airport) and get them to fill out a form saying it is your bike that you are taking to the states, I think that is what you are thinking about. I have not done that and forget the name of the form but I am not sure if that works for a bike...
