We should increase welfare so people can afford winter tires.

I think it should be mandatory for people to have race slicks in the summer dry roads. If it rains the law should make it madatory to put on summer rain tires. In the fall make it mandatory to have tires that are a bit softer then summer tires yet not as soft as winter tires. Winter obviously...

Are you getting Prime -1.00? or something? Otherwise if you talk to a banking officer personally I think you can easily get the best rates that they will offer. I got Prime -0.85 about 4 years ago, that was my first mortgage and the banking guy had to talk me into it since I didn't know any...

I would just call and cancel it after your balance is zero. When you call, ask them to send you a confirmation letter of the cancellation date and just keep that incase something happens in the future.
