Is it true even if you are handicapped and have an Ontario handicap permit in your car, York doesn't care and you still need to pay? (Ie it's free in city of toronto parking as far as I know, just like bikes)

I park whenever I'm on campus, 2-3 times a week. so far no trouble.... hopefully nothing funny starts

No I can't, I'm a magician not a miracle worker :( With that said, if you are a new rider, IMHO you'll end up being a better rider now that you've started on a 250. I rode a 250 for 2 years before moving up and although it cost me more to do that, I'm probably a much better rider because of it.

I'm anti-apple myself and don't use an iPhone or any other i-Product. If I single handedly could make it better technology, I would have already!

Assuming you had insurance, work with insurance to get as money back as possible. If you have receipts for any extra work you had done on it, send it to them and spend your energy getting as much money back from your insurance company as possible. Forget about the bike- it's gone for good and...
