Selling Brand New Delrin Slider Spools that fit in any 10mm Regular thread sockets for $15. Originally bought these for my 250R, and tried to find the appropriate bolts (250Rs use Fine Thread instead). Couldn't find them; didn't want to go through anymore trouble. So instead, I'm selling them...

If insurance cost isn't an issue, I would also recommend the 250 as a beginner bike. It all depends on your type of riding, but the 250 would be a safer choice overall. - If you do decide to take the highway, the 250 will give you approximately 100 more lbs in weight, which equates to stability...

I was under the impression that the average scooter has an automatic transmission and doesn't require manual shifting. If you want to build up to riding a high displacement motorcycle, a 125 or 250 is a good start (and great on insurance too). And congrats on your M1!

When I cross the border with friends and family, we always claim about $70-$100 each person, regardless of how much we bought. (In the event we bought nothing, we obviously say $0). Usually this is a satisfactory amount that does not arouse suspicion and does not warrant a waste of their time...

DOT approved helmet is minimum requirement. If your passenger doesn't have proper motorcycle gear, they can opt for the same requirements that are imposed during the M2 course. This includes a leather or denim jacket, leather gloves, jeans or denim pants, and high ankle leather shoes.
