The bike is a 1991 Bandit 400 frame, with a 1996 GSX400 motor.
What the bike has/comes with.

The $300 Bandit I bought was just a parts bike. As it had a fat hole in the #1 piston. The motor was basically junk. But It has straight forks and wheels, and had a CDI etc...all the expensive stuff.
I have 1 working motor, 2 spare heads, 1 extra set of barrels, 1 spare crank, spare forks...
No, I am done with this bike.
It has been 2 years and less that 100 laps.
Time to part ways.
There are 2 full bikes. The Racebike and the street bike, plus a spare motor, and a **** pile of parts.
The bike needs someone who can wrench properly, and has the space to do so.
It ONLY needs...
So as many of you probably know or have heard. I didnt have a great weekend on the little 400.
Friday was great and the bike did over 50 laps and pulled strong and was fantastic to ride.
Saturday came around, and I started the bike for morning practice and after about 3 laps knew something...

690cc Twin
75rwhp
125kgs
55ft-lbs of torque
This is a serious piece of racing kit for around $16,000CND
A 2017 R6 for a comparison weighs 418lbs.....this thing weighs 143lbs different and only lacks 25hp
Ari Henning is racing one in...
Invest in JBweld.....
Make sure your bike actually runs before you get to the track. Bringing a frame with no motor, hoping the spare that you found in a shipping container works isnt a good idea.
Really? Am I really?
Considering you can buy a CSBK #1 winning Superbike with less kms, and more kit for a few hundred more....

I am not saying...
Are we all just going to ignore Camier and MV?
Everyone gets so horny about the RSV4 but the F4RR did amazing out there.
Laverty looks like he's going to flop this year. I bet he is thinking he should have stayed in the GPs on a third tier Duc vs the Ape
It is a crying shame that they probably wont air the LWT Superbike class. I loved it when John could get us the CBR cup last year so we could see how Stacy was doing.
Yes Brian I know. And the stock wheel size for ex500s in f3 is now 17....as of this year.
The sportsman classes are basically a class for people with vrra Era bikes who choose not to race in the vrra. And it's a second class for lwt production to bump into. So you don't have 300s bumping up...
What other bikes are you wanting to bring out?
Arguing for a bike that doesn't exist seems pointless.
Lwt sportman allows all the bikes that are p4f3 eligible. Plus p3 lwt bikes.
