The LWT Superbike class has a few fast bikes and riders in it...as it allows 400/4s and 2 stroke 250s and 350s. Should be a big field if the whole LWT class from Shannonville shows up.

Great weekend of racing! The SV650 somewhat held together (little bodywork mishap on Saturday). Had a great weekend. The CSBK LWT rules clearly need some fine tuning, as well as their scales and techs. Or there will be a ton of angry Lightweight racers throughout the season.

I have run both Michelin Pilot Road 3s and now Pilot Power RS. The RS is amazing. The PR3 was better than any Rain tire I have ever had.

It was great, I turned a ton of laps, figured some suspension out, and shook the rust off without crashing. Saturday there were more side cars than bikes, so they just ran open track. There were maybe 5 of us out there. Sunday was bigger, and warmer. Lots of people missed out on 2 great...

Wrong. You could buy the RS125 and RS250 Aprillia in Canada until 2002.

The fzr250 is a rev happy 4 stroke. You have to keep a 2t on the pipe to get anything out of it. My bandit 400 made a much better racebike than a streetbike. Because anything less than 10,000rpm was useless.

Yeah no.... My old 350LC in its flexyflyer frame is much faster than my R3, and the ninja 400 while faster than the r3....isnt 2 stroke 250/350 fast. The RGV250 and TZRs and NSRs are rocket ships. On the street you have to rev the piss out of them, and they arnt much fun. But an older RZ350...

Except the Forks, triples, and swing arm. :)

While I agree the 749 was a bit of a mistep...The 999 was hugely successful, and a great motorcycle, albeit really effing ugly.

It would also be nice, if they did youtube coverage of the LWT grid in 2018. That will be the most competitive and the biggest grid out there. With bikes that will bring in more new riders. Seeing what an R3 or Ninja 300/400 can do will be a great sales tool to young riders, and bring back...

Grid size is irelavent. Sponsor investment is where riders make their money. But no butts in seats....means no sponsors. Last year and 2016 were perfect examples of that. Large grids for sbk and 600 and even 300 cup. Didn't change the pay out. Fact of the matter is...more fans and...

John is retired, and moving out west soon. But the bike was bought by someone AT HB cycle. ;)
