ya. that sounds like a possible solution.
other question if they will be able to gain some time?
understamd me right: i do not accept running through the red light noway!
Well, the thing is that him (B.) was driving (her husband). The fine is 325$ and they are not as rich.
What would be the way to fight the ticket/ or at least reduce the fine?
Her (A.) english is terrible. But if he (B.) will go to the court - he gonna loose it right away.
Well, the question...
Friends of mine got a letter where their car has been caught by Red light camera.
The letter is addressed to her (A.), because she is a vehicle owner. But she was away for last four month outside of Canada.
What should be done in that case?
It looks like my vote has not been counted :angry4:
Where about at Lesly&YorkMills? there is country style, Petro Canada, plaza with Longue (a bit east), Esso and Coffe Cup a bit North... 8pm. I might show up to say "hi"...
I would disagree with you.
The only thing I can conclude from that video is (again and again) do not ride on Russian roads unless you sick for suicide! but that's about 10000km from here + it's oversea :la:
yah... the cager had a good luck that there was just a bike, but not a slow tractor or a standing emergency vehicle... he/she was lucky to damage the car only...
the cager driver's just stupid. :confused5:
Coming back to the case. The ticket says "Pass on Right - Not in Safety". Correct?
So, you are not charged for riding in the lane with a parked car, but for not safe passing.
In this case, as I understand, you have to get to the point, that this was not passing the car on the right - that was...
Eh?! one hour sounds to be pretty short. It takes me about one hour just to get from Finch&404 to Centinnial Parkway... Well if you would let us now one hour before that in one hour you gonna post a ride that will start one hour later - that would give a bit more chances to catch that train :D
I'm the second this! There must be pictures from Endurance... In the right-hand double apex turn I saw a cameraman (or was it camerachick?): one lap I saw him/her, the next lap I was prepared and did smile :)
