Well, the ticket was in July 2011. The trail was pushed back to November 2012. My question is, when this ticket will be gone from my driver's abstract? in July 2014 or in November 2015???

If you have an Ontario ticket, I believe, you can go to the local court service to apply for a trail, but the trail venue itself still will be at the address stated in the ticket.

But that guy can report you now... He might be wouldn't but you ****** him off. Not that such report will do anything here in Ontario, but it gonna be in your record, and if a cop will pull you over one day, he will consider it against you, though...

Huh! :confused1:dammit! I thought it was from the day of offense... Does it mean now that that trail date in NS that was pushed 16 month after the offense... and now that ticket will stay 16 month longer that I expected???

BTW, the 3 years that the ticket stays on the record is it starting the day of offence (when cop wrights it out) or conviction (the trail date, when the judge decided that you still have to have it)? Thanks...

Yah... it looks like I have to go for shopping now. I just got renewal letter from Intac and it has about $300 add to what I was paying year before. And I do not like their way of printing.

Well... Generally, motorcycling should be like PSS (Passive Suicide Syndrome). I such condition a rider can possibly ride for a very long period of time, having hundreds thousands km behind his/her shoulders... And it's rider's own responsibility to not to transform his PSS into an active...

Prosecutor said that the officer was present, so I agreed to a reduced fine... When I was on the floor after, I did not see the officer anywhere around. Damn, did she (prosecutor) lie???
