ran over tail of a racoon on two seperate occasions. bike rattled a bit. nothing major. didnt go down. the racoons lived on both occasions. racoons's hair were stuck in the front tire the second time around.
Respect..
came upon a dead critter on the other side of the road once. looked like a...
#1 get loose!!
every single thing from long distance touring to twisties on the bike seems to be much better and more controlled if i can remember and in some cases, just trust myself to STAY loose.
#2 couter steering. works wonders!
thats bad advise IMO. when i did the course at Sheridan, never had driven manual car. still dont. never riden a moped, scooter or anything with two wheels with an engine.
they teach you from start. from walking your bike to being pushed while you are on the bike to doing the basic emergency...
yep. maybe the OP has a rodent/rat problem in his backyard which the cats are attracted to?
last resort.. contact zx600. he seems to be an expert cat killer.
IMHO, dont park like this in a big parking lot people! cars cannot see the bike until its too late.
i always try to park diagonally and right at the begining of the parking spot to make sure that the rear end/rear tire is visible if someone is driving in the parking lot looking for a spot.
Night ride??
Bovaird Mclaughlin Tims
meet between 8:45pm to 9pm..
end time: all depends on the route. defenitely couple hours at the minimum. maybe more. depends on who shows up.
twisty roads.
not particular on route.. if someone knows good roads, ill follow them or u can follow me. whatever...
other vehicles come into my lane every so often. happening alot more than before. atleast once or twice a week. luckily, always have been able to avoid getting in contact. sometimes just brake, sometimes powerthrough the side. after that, sometime i yell at them, one finger salute is pretty much...
my first time there yesterday..
u dont have to push.. just say excuse me and we step out of your way. but if someone doesnt, then that is a problem and needs to be rectified. what else are people supposed to do? stand on the road?
The group of 250's leaving the place around 10:30.. WTF is...
Yes. Why? because women demand it. We men are simple beings. Most of us will do anything and everything to get some. But there are always excpetions to that rule...
ok serioursly WTF? i've been riding about 4 years. never been able go low enough to drag pegs. But hear from newbs with less than 1 year experience about dragging pegs and feet all the time.
end rant. it just hurts my self esteem is all..
suggestion: take lakeshore towards Missassauga. Right on Mississauga Road. ride straight for a bit and then turn left when u start to see the fields or keep going straight to forks.. :)
dont do that. thats what drained your battery.
what i would do now... charge the battery fully. ride the bike. preferebally, over 5krpm like Brian said for a longish ride. if the battery drains again, your battery is shot. get a new battery.
